We dedicated six years to researching the power of "Digital Supply Chain Twins (DSCT)," driven by a mission to transform supply chain management.
During our research, we discovered the immense potential of DSCTs—a cutting-edge digital replica of a supply network that provides end-to-end-transparency, enhancing holistic decision-making.
With two PhDs and newfound insights, we came together and turned our focus to solving a pressing industry challenge: outdated, cumbersome software that forces planners into inefficient Excel workarounds.
These tools waste time and lead to costly mistakes, including higher inventory levels, stockouts, and inflated production costs.
